Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to delete your data from the Adverge Dashboard, you have the following options:

Option 1: Contact Us Directly

Email rishadulislam29@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.

Option 2: Through Your Dashboard

1. Log in to your dashboard at dashboard.advergemedia.com
2. Go to Settings and contact your agency administrator to remove your account

Option 3: Remove from Facebook

You can also revoke our app’s access directly from Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
2. Find “Adverge Dashboard V2”
3. Click “Remove”

What We Delete

Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Delete your user account and profile information
• Delete all stored advertising metrics data associated with your account
• Revoke the Meta access token connected to your account
• Complete the deletion within 30 days
