Adverge Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Adverge Dashboard platform at dashboard.advergemedia.com. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
When you use our dashboard, we collect:
- Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an account
- Facebook advertising data: ad account metrics including spend, impressions, clicks, leads, and conversions, accessed through Meta’s Marketing API with your authorization
- Usage data: how you interact with the dashboard, including pages visited and features used
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Display your advertising performance metrics in the dashboard
- Sync data from your connected Meta ad accounts
- Send you alerts and notifications you’ve opted into
- Improve our platform and fix issues
Data From Meta
When you connect your Facebook account, we request the “ads_read” permission to read your ad account insights data. We only read advertising performance metrics. We do not create, modify, or manage your ads. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, posts, friends list, or messages.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers hosted by Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL). Meta access tokens are stored encrypted in our database and are automatically refreshed to maintain your connection.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or advertising data with third parties. Your data is only accessible to you and your authorized team members.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at rishadulislam29@gmail.com. Upon request, we will delete your account, all stored metrics data, and revoke the Meta access token within 30 days.
