Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of the engagement confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms and conditions. Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due.
8. Limitation of Liability
Adverge Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
